Below 500 pesos - A coffee mug with a special Christmas letter handwritten by you! Personally thank them and let them know that they are included in your dreams of growth for your family. If you haven't given them their 13th month yet, its best to sneak this in for a wonderful Christmas present!
500 to 1500 pesos - Buy them clothes! A cool sweater or jacket would be nice and you wouldn't need exact measurements for this one since, a little bit big, would just be fine. A notch better is to give them shopping gift vouchers and bring them to the mall so they can personally pick clothes for themselves!
1500 to 3000 pesos - Buy them cool gadgets! Provided that they have smart phones, a fitness band that mentions time and keeps them up to date with their health, or a bluetooth speaker for when they watch or play games on their phones during break times would be fantastic!
3000 to 6000 pesos - This one is for the family. Buy them home appliances! A multi-cooker or an electric oven is always a welcome addition to any family's kitchen. Their families will surely enjoy this.
6000 pesos and above - Have a bigger budget for gifts? A brand new cellphone in our opinion, would be greatly appreciated! Just don't forget to remind them not to use their phones during work! Hehe
